CLM produces Pebble Beach Food & Wine, Harvest: Farm-to-Table as well as other specialty culinary events around the country for clients and also manages the American Institute of Wine & Food (AIWF) nationally. CLM also has two new restaurant projects in Monterey, CA – Restaurant 1833 and Cannery Row Brewing Company, which features the largest draft beer selection in Northern California.

Harvest Farm-to-Table
Harvest Farm-to-Table, is a two-day agriculture lifestyle event hosted at the Peninsula Hotel Group’s Quail Lodge in Carmel Valley. CA. The event, which is hosted in the fall, attracts more than 4000 attendees and hosts 60 regional chefs and 100 wineries.
