Founded in 1957, dick clark productions, inc. (dcp) is a leading independent producer of television programming. dcp produces perennial hits such as the “American Music Awards,” “Golden Globe Awards,” “Academy of Country Music Awards,” and “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve” as well as weekly television programming, including “So You Think You Can Dance.”

dcp owns, maintains and licenses one of the world’s most unique and extensive entertainment libraries which was recently digitized and is currently available through a new licensing portal, www.dcplicensing.com. Content includes over 30 years of footage from dcp’s award shows as well as historic programs, specials and performances including “American Bandstand,” “The Dick Clark Saturday Night Beechnut Show,” Elvis and The T.A.M.I. Show.

dcp’s other properties include four “American Bandstand” branded restaurants across the country as well as a state-of-the-art screening room based in Santa Monica, CA which features luxury seating for 25 and full service catering.

In the spring of 2010, dcp announced its stake in Carmel, CA-based Coastal Luxury Management (CLM), producer of the nationally renowned Pebble Beach Food & Wine festival, now recognized as one of the best culinary events in the country. In its third year, the four-day event is hosted throughout Pebble Beach Resorts and celebrates 70 celebrity chefs, 250 wineries from around the world, and attracts more than 5,500 attendees. In addition, CLM produces Harvest: Farm-to-Table, a two-day agriculture lifestyle event in the fall and also has two new restaurant projects – Restaurant 1833 and Cannery Row Brewing, which features the largest draft beer selection in Northern California.

dcp continues to develop a wide range of television programming including award shows, special events, entertainment and comedy specials, children’s programming, talk shows, game shows, movies for television and dramatic series for broadcast networks, cable networks, distributors and advertisers reaching audiences of all ages around the world.

Orly Adelson

Orly Adelson serves as President of dick clark productions (dcp).

Adelson joined dcp from her own company, Orly Adelson Productions in February of 2008. Recognized as one of the most prominent and distinguished producers in independent entertainment finance, development and production, Adelson was named as one of Hollywood Reporter’s “Power 100 Women in Entertainment” as well as Variety’s “Women of Impact.” Adelson was also named as one of the 100 most powerful people in sports in America by the Sports Business Journal.

Adelson has created a dynamic, diverse and eclectic slate of high profile properties including scripted television series, feature length television movies, and reality programming for major networks. Her work has both received and been nominated for numerous awards, including Emmy Awards, SAG Awards, Independent Spirit Awards, WGA Awards, NAACP Award, and AFI Awards.

Barry Adelman

As EVP of Television for dick clark productions, Barry Adelman has earned eight Emmy nominations for producing and writing. He has written for Presidents Clinton, Bush and Reagan, including Reagan’s New Year’s Address to the Nation. He also holds the unique honor of having written the eulogy at Elvis Presley’s funeral.

Bob Bardo

In his role as Executive In Charge of Production, Bardo has overseen the budget, planning, staffing and logistics for virtually all of the live and videotaped programming produced by the company since 2001 including “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve;” “Golden Globe Awards;” “Academy of Country Music Awards;” “American Music Awards;” “Bloopers Specials;” “Family Television Awards” and more.

Michael Kohn

Michael Kohn is Senior Vice President of Business Operations and General Counsel. He has an extensive background in business as well as law. He holds a law degree from Boston University, and has several years of business experience with companies such as Sony Pictures and the Game Show Network.

Michael Antinoro

Michael Antinoro is Executive Vice President of Programming for Dick Clark Productions. His vast experience includes a tenure at ESPN where he served as the Executive Producer of ESPN Original Entertainment (EOE) as well as the Executive Producer for NBA Entertainment and as EVP of Entertainment and Marketing at Six Flags, Inc.. At EOE, Antinoro created and produced original non-traditional sports entertainment programming including reality, competition, talk, game show, award show, documentary, investigative series, movies, scripted series, live events, specials and The World Series of Poker franchise. He is a winner of the Peabody Award for Journalism and has been nominated for more than 20 Sports Emmys. In his role as EVP of Programming At Dick Clark Productions, Antinoro has been responsible for producing programs such as “The American Giving Awards” and “The NFL Awards” on NBC and “Deadly Sins” on Discovery ID.
