The smash hit dance competition’s 10th season will premiere Tuesday, May 14th at 8/7 central. This year the competition is more fierce than ever before and will feature so many dance styles; you won’t want to miss a second of the action.

Even Judge/Executive Producer Nigel is constantly amazed by the the styles of dance and daring tricks that each performer attempts.

“So You Think You Can Dance? has made me believe I was never a dancer,” said Nigel. “What these kids do nowadays I could never even attempt.”

So while the judges are baffled by the talent that graces So You Think You Can Dance? each year, the Science of Dance can give you a little insight as to how the intricacies of movement can create the beautiful and entrancing styles of dance you see from each dancer.
