Bieber fever strikes again, this time the young heart-throb is covering rapper Lil Wayne.

The thoughtful Bieber sent out a Tweet late Tuesday for the rapper’s 29th birthday. Along with the birthday wish, Bieber surprised both his fans and Lil Wayne with an acoustic cover of the rapper’s hit song, “How To Love” (listen to Bieb’s cover below).

The cover is quite good, but now Lil Wayne has to come up with something even better to get Justin for his birthday.  The pressure is on, Weezy.  The pressure is on.
