2010 AMA Artist of the Year Justin Bieber is currently on a one month break from touring and creating new music. However, Bieber told fans on Twitter yesterday about his excitement to start recording new songs for his next album.

It has been rumored that Bieber is working with Chris Brown and Kanye West on the upcoming release.
