YouTube and lip-singing star Keenan Cahill has collaborated with artists such as 50 Cent, LMFAO and Katy Perry in his videos, but Cahill has another superstar mix in the making. Cahill now plans to work with 2010 AMA Artist of the Year Justin Bieber upon the release of his new album.
