With the passing of his 18th birthday on March 1st, American Music Award winning artist Justin Bieber is looking to explore a new, badder image. In a recent photoshoot for Complex magazine’s April issue, the young singer posed in a blood-stained office shirt, fighting off two larger wrestlers in with a persona reminiscent of Tyler Durden from Chuck Palahniuk’s novel Fight Club.

In the interview, Justin opens up about his relationship with Selena Gomez, what he thinks of the paparazzi, and growing up poor. Bieber recalls the particularly difficult point in his life when his family had so little money that “had to steal clothes from the lost and found because he couldn’t afford new ones.” Click the link below to watch the behind-the-scenes video now:
