American Music Award winning artist Lady Gaga hit 20 million followers on Twitter yesterday, surpassing second most popular user Justin Bieber at 18 million followers.

2012 has been a busy year for Gaga – just last week, she launched the Born This Way Foundation, an anti-bullying and youth empowerment center.
