American Music Award winning artist Lady Gaga will open the “Born This Way” Foundation this month on February 29th, at the Berkman Center at Harvard. The artist, known as a strong supporter of gay rights, has engaged the public on several instances on the subjects of gay marriage and anti-bullying. The nonprofit seeks to educate, research, and reach out to youth about bullying-awareness and self-confidence building, and to “create a new culture of kindness, bravery, acceptance, and empowerment,” according to a Billboard report. Oprah will be attending the opening and featuring the foundation on “Oprah’s Next Chapter.”

The name for the foundation was taken from Lady Gaga’s album and single “Born This Way,” which she will begin touring for this April. Watch the Star Wars inspired music video for “Born This Way” below:
