No Doubt Release Title Track To New Album

Earlier today, No Doubt released the title track to their newest album “Push and Shove” on Ryan Seacrest’s Radio Show. The album comes out September 25.

Returning to the music after a long hiatus during which most of the band members worked on their own side projects, “Push and Shove” will be No Doubt’s first album together in 11 years. The new track, featuring Busy Signal and Major Lazer, features the familiar No Doubt ska-pop sound with a new twist. The album “Push and Shove” also includes the single “Settle Down,” released in June.

In 2007, while Gwen Stefani was touring in the wake of her second solo album, “The Sweet Escape,” the other No Doubt members were already meeting to work on new material for the upcoming album. But it took a while for thigs to really start rolling for No Doubt, as the reunited band worked progressively around busy family schedules.

Tony Kanal, No Doubt’s bassist said in a Rolling Stone article “We always knew it was going to happen.” It seeems like it was just a matter of time but September 25th doesn’t feel like soon enough!

No Doubt will be performing at the 2012 iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas on September 21 right before the release.

Do you think No Doubt’s new album will be a hit after all these years?
