Thanks to everyone who tuned in to Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest! This year’s countdown was definitely an incredible event. The night had numerous memorable moments, including Dick Clark’s 39th straight year of ringing in the New Year on national television.

Our New York broadcast saw awesome acts such as New Kids on the Block, Backstreet Boys, Ke$ha and Taio Cruz rocking out in Times Square.

On the other end of the country, our LA based party featured unforgettable performances from Jennifer Hudson, Willow Smith, Ne-Yo, Avril Lavigne, Drake, Jason Derulo, La Roux, Mike Posner, Natasha Bedingfield, Far East Movement and Train.
