2011 American Music Award nominee and pop sensation Justin Bieber just set a new record for YouTube views…at 2 billion, to be precise.

This surpasses Lady Gaga’s record who was the first recording artist to hit 1 billion views last October. Of course, Lady Gaga is still the most popular on Twitter with over 15 million followers.

Justin Bieber is nominated for Favorite Male Artist in the POP or ROCK MUSIC category for this year’s AMA’s. Tune in to catch all the excitement on November 20th at 8-11pm ET/PT only on ABC!
