Everyone’s favorite early 90’s grunge bassist, Krist Novoselic, is celebrating the 20th anniversary of Nirvana’s Nevermind album in the classiest way.
He and a host of other musicians are putting on a live benefit concert in Seattle for a local woman who has been diagnosed with cancer. Novoselic and his fellow songsters will play the entire set list from Nevermind live, resulting in what has to be one of the more unique tribute concerts of the year.
Unfortunately, former Nirvana drummer Dave Grohl is on tour with the Foo Fighters, and will be unable to join his old band mate. One out of three ain’t bad, though.
