Just weeks after canceling her US tour dates, Adele has announced that she is canceling the remaining 6 UK tour dates. Adele, who has received 4 American Music Award nominations this year, is scheduled to undergo surgery related to the vocal cord hemorrhage that caused the first tour date cancelations. She has been ordered by doctors to rest her voice and completely recover before heading back to the stage.

Meanwhile her album 21 still reigns at the top Billboard 200 after 35 weeks!
